Have you submitted a property claim within the last 5 years that paid out more than $5,000? If you answered yes, keep those claim details handy.

When you apply for a new policy wether owned or rented, you'll be required to submit those claim details as part your application for review, and may be subject to increased premiums. When you submit your claim information while applying for a new policy, your application will be saved and submitted to our staff for review. Within 24 hours you'll hear back from our staff by email. If your application was approved, you can proceed with purchase of your policy online. If your policy was rejected, we are surely sorry and will gladly provide Loss Runs so you can obtain coverage elsewhere.
