Annual policies can be renewed online a few months before your expiration date and up to one week after your expiration date.
To access your renewal application, log in at InsureMyEquipment.com and find the link saying "click here to renew." Your renewal application will pull all limits and scheduled equipment from your current policy so it's important to edit your renewal application with any coverage you wish to add or remove, and amend your scheduled equipment list if you have acquired or lost any equipment valued above $2K. After completing your renewal application you'll be able to view a quote and proceed to purchase your renewal policy.
If your policy has expired more than 7 days ago, you are unable to "renew" your past policy and will instead have to apply for a brand new policy online at InsureMyEquipment.com.
You will receive renewal notifications starting at 90 days before your renewal to the email address on file. If you do not wish to receive renewal notifications, please send us a note at InsureMyEquipment@heffins.com.
