Update Policyholder


Have you taken on a business partner, changed company names or acquired a LLC? If so, you may be in need of changing your policyholder listing. The policyholder listing is the most important part of your policy because only the policyholder can submit claims under the policy coverage. During your policy term you will have one opportunity to change your policyholder listing online through your homepage dashboard by clicking the link to update your profile. Your change request will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.

If you are adding a completely different name to the policy, we'll investigate further to make sure that one policy is not being shared by two separate individuals or entities. Remember that your policyholder should always be you or your company, not the rental house or individual you are renting from. You'll be able to submit a certificate of insurance listing them as loss payee after you have already purchased your policy.
