Application Paused due to Claim History


Have you received a claim payout greater than $5K within the last 5 years? Was this claim made for lost/damaged property?
If yes, you will be required to enter your claim details when applying for a new policy with us and your policy may be subject to increased premiums.

After submitting your claim information while applying for a new policy, your application will be temporarily paused. During this time, our staff will review your application and claim history.

Within 24 business hours thereafter, your application will be un-paused and you will be free to proceed with policy purchase. 

You will be notified of this by email.


If for any reason your application is declined, you will receive notification within the aforementioned timeframe. 

Note that you should not submit details for a liability claim or homeowners claim.
