Why can't I move forward after entering my claim information?

Have you received a claim payout in the last 5 years in an amount above $5,000? Was this claim for property? If yes, you will be required to enter your claim details while apply for a new policy with us. Your policy may be subject to increased premiums.

When you submit your claim information while applying for a new policy, your application will be temporarily paused to give us time to review your claim history.

Within 24 business hours your application will be available again, for you to proceed with your quote. You will receive an email letting you know.

If your application is rejected, you will also receive an email letting you know.

Please Note: you need not submit details for a liability claim or homeowners claim.
