Change Your Information

After creating an account online at, you can easily update key information such as your email, phone number, address, policyholder listing and contact information. 

Here's how to update your key information

- Navigate to your dashboard (after logging in)

- Click 'Update Profile'. From here you can change the following: 

- Click 'Update Profile'.

Our team will take 12-72 hours to review the change and once approved, it will immediately update your policy document, and any newly generated COIs. 

If you receive a "rejection" response from our team, it usually means that none of the fields were updated-- you should try to update your information again.
